We are committed to the responsible management, use and protection of our customers’ Personal Information (“Personal Information”).

This Privacy Notice applies to all the information we collect from you through https://www.credibll.com and other websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy, or through mobile applications made available by us. We will refer to these websites and mobile applications as “Website(s)” or “Services” as applicable throughout this Privacy Notice.

We recognize the privacy of your Personal Information is important. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to let you know how we handle the information collected through the use of our Website.

Our Product

CrediBLL is a job search marketplace with a specific focus on IT job seekers. Users are assigned talent specialists who will help Prospective Employees find the right opportunity.

By providing Personal Information or buying the applications, services or products offered in conjunction with our Websites, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice, please do not provide Personal Information through our Websites.

A note to users outside of the united states

When you access the CrediBLL website from outside of the U.S., any personal information you provide when signing up for our email list or placing an order will be transferred to and through servers located in the U.S. By providing your personal information, you are authorizing this transfer, processing and use. All personal information will be safeguarded pursuant to this Privacy Policy and in accordance with U.S. law.

Information we collect

We (or our agents and contractors) may collect and store all or some of the Personal Information that you voluntarily provide through our Websites, including:

  • Name, address, and birthdate;
  • Other contact information such as email address and/or text address;
  • Credit or debit card number;
  • Geolocation information;
  • Education, professional title, employment background; and
  • Social media account IDs.

When you post content (text, images, photographs, messages, comments or any other kind of content that is not your e-mail address) on our Websites, the information contained in your posting will be stored in our servers and other users will be able to see it, along with your profile photo and any other information that you choose to make public on your public profile page (“Profile”). The information that you provide in your Profile will be visible to others, including anonymous visitors to the Website. When you post messages on the message boards of our Site, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and other users will be able to see it. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information.

We may supplement the information you submit to us online with (i) other Personal Information we have about you, including information from our affiliates and vendors; and (ii) information that we obtain about you from public and non-public records. We will only share your Personal Information with third parties as outlined in this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by law.

  • Information Collected by Our Servers. We may collect information directly or through our third party service provider in order to improve the CrediBLL experience for you. This information may include your operating system, type of browser, , domain name, user ID, password, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet), , and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
  • Log Files. We also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our Service to our users’ needs. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we do not link this automatically-collected data to any of your Personal Information that we may collect.
  • Cookies. In order to continuously provide you with a more personal interactive experience on our Website we use Cookies. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. There are two types of cookies that we may use: session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them. The information collected by cookies is used to make the Site more useful to you and to customize your experience at CrediBLL.
  • Pixel Tags. We also use Pixel Tags that are used to track online movements of Web users. Pixel Tags also allow us to send e-mail messages in a format users can read, and they tell us whether e-mails have been opened to ensure that we are sending only messages that are of interest to our users. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, Pixel Tags are embedded invisibly in Web pages. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to a user, however please note that we do not tie the information gathered by Pixel Tags to our users’ Personal Data.
  • Google Analytics. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site and, to the extent permitted, our Application. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. Other Information

  • We collect information about your activities on our Services using technologies such as cookies, including third party cookies, web beacons, JavaScript code, HTML 5 databases and server log files. The information we collect using these means includes your Media Access Control (MAC) address, operating system and version, screen resolution, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, the version of the Services you are using, the date and time you access the Services, pages visited, time spent on the Services, general location information, and other activity data. This information is automatically generated and may be combined with Personal Information about you. We do not honour a web browser's "do not track" signals. Our third party business partners and we use this information to conduct activities such as measuring the effectiveness of our ads and your interaction with them, tailoring offers and advertisements to you for products or services that you may find helpful on our Services and third-party sites and for analytic purposes.

  • Our Services are not directed to or intended for children.
